4. Product Information & Labeling

5. Ordering & Payment
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
- Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and do not include taxes or shipping unless stated.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.
- Payment must be received before shipment. Orders are not binding until confirmed and paid.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship in plain, discreet packaging with tracking when available. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for providing an accurate, deliverable shipping address.
7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
- Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final unless the product is damaged, incorrect, or missing upon arrival.
- Report shipping issues within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
- We do not accept returns for opened or used products.
- Orders may be cancelled before shipment; once shipped, standard terms apply.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blacksite Biotech Co. LLC and its owners, employees, affiliates, and suppliers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site or any product purchased from us. You assume all risk associated with the purchase, handling, storage, and use of research compounds.
